Since 2004 , Lupus Organization around the world have conducted activities on May 10 to raise awareness and educate the public about the symptoms and health effects of Lupus. Together we can make Lupus an international health priority and to ensure that people with Lupus around the world are diagnosed and treated effectively. Along with the world the medicine department of Green Life Medical College and Lupus Foundation Of Bangladesh organized a seminar on World Lupus day, a few days earlier on 5th May, at Professor Dr .A H M Ahsanullah Hall level 15 of Hospitall building of Green Life Medical College. The program was graced by Ex. Vice Chancellor of Banga Bandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Prof. Dr. Pran Gopal Datta, renowned Rheumatologist Prof. Dr, Syed Atiqul Haq, Principal of the Medical College Prof. Dr M.A Azhar. Associate Professor of Medicine Department Dr. Rowsan Ara Swapna presented a very nice and informative power point presentation about World Lupus Day . All the Faculty Members of Green Life Medical College and intern doctors of the Hospital were present in the seminar.
